1. Our Commitment to Transparency

LearnHowToEasily (“we”, “us”, “our”) earns money in two ways through this Site:

  1. Our own products. When you buy a product, course, template, or membership that we created and sell directly, we keep the revenue. We are the seller, not an affiliate.
  2. Affiliate products. When you buy a product or service from a third party through a link on our Site, we may earn a commission. The seller is the third party, not us.

We believe you should know which is which before you buy. This disclosure explains how it works and how we handle recommendations.

2. What “Affiliate” Means

An affiliate link is a tracked link. If you click it and go on to make a purchase, the third-party seller pays us a commission. The price you pay is the same whether or not you use our link — it comes out of the seller’s margin, not your pocket.

3. How We Identify Affiliate Relationships

We aim to make the nature of a link clear before you click it. You may see any of the following:

  • A short disclosure notice at the top of a page or article containing affiliate links
  • A note next to or beneath a specific link
  • A statement such as “This page contains affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
  • Links marked or labelled as affiliate or sponsored

Where a link is to our own product, no affiliate commission is involved — it is a direct sale from us to you.

4. Why We Recommend What We Recommend

Our recommendations are based on our genuine assessment of what is useful for someone starting or running an online business. We do not recommend a product merely because it pays a commission.

That said, we want to be honest with you: we have a commercial interest in affiliate products we recommend, and this can influence which products we cover, how prominently we feature them, and how much detail we give them. Where a product pays no commission, we may still recommend it if we believe it is genuinely the best option.

5. Our Own Products vs. Third-Party Products

To be clear about the distinction:

  • Our own products are created, owned, and sold by LearnHowToEasily. Any claims about them are our responsibility, and our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy apply.
  • Third-party affiliate products are owned and sold by other companies. We do not control them, their pricing, their availability, or their support. Your purchase is governed by that company’s own terms, privacy policy, and refund policy — not ours. If you have a problem with a third-party purchase, you need to contact that company directly; we cannot process refunds or provide support for products we do not sell.

6. FTC and Other Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure is made in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement rules, including the United States Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, and equivalent requirements in other jurisdictions such as the UK (CAP Code), the EU (Unfair Commercial Practices Directive), Australia (ACCC), and Canada (Competition Act).

In plain terms, these rules require that we clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection between us and the products we promote. That is what this page does. Where we promote our own products, no affiliate relationship exists, but we disclose that too so you are never guessing.

7. Sponsored Content and Paid Partnerships

From time to time we may publish sponsored content, accept payment for a review, or take part in a paid partnership. Where we do, we will label it clearly as sponsored or paid, and the relationship will be disclosed on the content itself — not only here. We do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review we do not honestly hold.

8. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials, case studies, and earnings examples shown for either our own products or affiliate products reflect individual experiences. They are not typical, not guaranteed, and not a promise of what you will achieve. Results depend on your effort, skills, market, and other factors outside our control — and outside any seller’s control.

9. Do Your Own Research

Even where we recommend something, you should independently verify that it suits your needs, budget, and circumstances before buying. Our opinion is one input, not a substitute for your own judgement. We do not guarantee the performance, quality, legality, or suitability of any third-party product.
